The competence of the turkey fatteners are kept within the Verband
Deutscher Putenerzeuger e.V. (Association
of German Turkey Producers, VDP). The VDP
represents its members’ interests in respect of political, government and profession-related bodies, in public and overseas.
As a certified appraiser and expert advisor, the VDP also takes issue with all questions relating to turkey production.
